I want to ride a motorcycle in Vietnam but my IDP isn’t accepted by Vietnam.
Or I want to ride a motorcycle but my current license is for cars only.

The Problem: you don’t have a Proper Motorcycle License and/or matching IDP

Certain low powered 2 wheeled vehicles do not require a license to operate. More powerful scooters/motorcycles and all automobiles require a proper home license and an IDP issued under the 1968 Convention on Road Traffic
Nationals that have a problem as their licenses are not valid in Vietnam

- India
- Ireland
- New Zealand
- The United States
And many other countries that issue IDP’s under the 1949 Convention on Road Traffic.
